3. Upload all 13 photographs in the correct order.
4. Add your required delivery date, if applicable.
5. We will prepare a digital layout for your approval before production.
PHOTO GUIDELINES
• Send original, high-quality photographs whenever possible.
• Portrait photographs work best.
• Keep the baby’s face near the centre of the photograph.
• Avoid screenshots, collages or photographs downloaded from social media.
• Allow some space around the face for cropping.
• Clearly name the files from 01 to 13.
PROOF AND APPROVAL
A digital layout may be shared through Etsy Messages before production.
Please check the baby’s name, photograph sequence, colours and overall placement carefully. Production will begin after approval.
Colours can vary slightly between screens and the finished physical product. Natural wood grain, handmade crochet work and decorative placement may also vary slightly, making every frame unique.
PROCESSING TIME
This is a handmade, personalised product.
Suggested production time: 14–21 business days after receiving all photographs and final approval.
Please order early when purchasing for a first birthday, baby shower or another fixed event date.

Because this product is made specifically with your baby’s name and photographs, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for spelling errors, incorrect photographs or details approved by the buyer.
