Orders & Personalization
How do I personalize my order?
Each product page has personalization fields where you can enter names, dates, and custom messages. Simply fill in the details before adding to cart.
Can I change my personalization after ordering?
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
How long does production take?
Most items are handmade to order and take 5–10 business days to produce. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — contact us before ordering.
Can I request a completely custom design?
Yes! Visit our Custom Orders page to share your idea, inspiration images, budget, and timeline. We'll get back to you within 24–48 hours.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Domestic (India) orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. International orders may take 14–21 business days depending on the destination.
How is my order packaged?
Every keepsake is carefully wrapped in protective materials and placed in a sturdy box to ensure it arrives safely. Gift packaging is available at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Because each item is personalized and made to order, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or with an error on our part. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if that happens. Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Materials & Care
What materials do you use?
We use premium materials including high-grade acrylic, solid wood, archival-quality photo paper, and hand-finished fabrics. Specific materials are listed on each product page.
How should I care for my keepsake?
Keep your keepsake away from direct sunlight and moisture. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaners on acrylic or wood surfaces.
Is gift packaging available?
Yes! We offer beautiful gift-ready packaging for all keepsakes. Select the gift packaging option during checkout.
