Thank you for shopping with Artzy Designs.

At Artzy Designs, every product is carefully handcrafted and customized as per the customer’s selected design, name, details, colors, theme, and personalization requirements. Because each order is made specially for an individual customer, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been confirmed.

1. Customized Product Policy

All Artzy Designs products are personalized and made-to-order. Therefore, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Incorrect name, date, spelling, photo, or personalization details provided by the customer
  • Color or design preference changes after production has started
  • Minor handmade variations in color, texture, finishing, placement, or appearance
  • Delay caused due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or courier-related issues beyond our control

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is considered final.

2. Order Review Before Production

Customers are requested to carefully check all details before placing an order, including:

  • Name spelling
  • Date of birth or milestone details
  • Photos or references shared
  • Product size
  • Theme and color preference
  • Delivery address and contact number

Artzy Designs will not be responsible for any mistake in personalization details submitted by the customer.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

We will review a replacement or correction request only if:

  • The product is received in damaged condition
  • The wrong product is delivered
  • There is a clear production error from our side
  • The personalization does not match the confirmed details shared by the customer

To raise a request, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear unboxing video
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video

For damage, missing item, or incorrect product claims, an uncut unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product condition immediately after opening.

Without a valid unboxing video, we may not be able to approve any replacement, correction, or refund request.

5. Replacement or Correction

If the issue is verified and approved by our team, we may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • Product correction
  • Replacement of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Partial resolution, if applicable
  • Refund only in rare cases where replacement or correction is not possible

The final decision will be made by Artzy Designs after reviewing the case.

6. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or any other mutually agreed method within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if the request is made before production has started.

Once designing, customization, material cutting, printing, crafting, or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

8. Shipping Damage

We pack every product with care. However, if the product is damaged during transit, the customer must report it within 24 hours of delivery with the required proof mentioned above.

After verification, we will try our best to provide a fair resolution.
